Mkbus removed after Windows 10 release upgrade

Post by engy on Mon May 14, 2018 3:31 am

After every Windows 10 major upgrade, registry path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Mkbus is removed.

Can the path be changed to a location which is not removed during release upgrade?

No. It's not problem of hasp driver. This key is for MkBus only and it's removed on update.

what you do expect, older Mkbus gave BSOD in win 10 x64 so of course is removed.

re install and stop automatic updates using a win 10 x64 hack tool.

not like it, get paid VIP driver and use that, if still works.

Recompile mkbus with changed reg or use hexeditor to change path in sys then fix crc and resign...
